Candle Care Guidelines:
While each of our candles is carefully hand poured and rigorously tested, individual burn characteristics can vary due to factors like room conditions, wick length, and burn duration. To get the most out of your candle and enjoy it safely, we recommend following our candle care guidelines for optimal performance and safety.
Trim the Wick
Before each use, trim the wick to about 5-6mm. This reduces soot and extends the life of your candle.
Burn Evenly
When lighting your candle, allow it to burn long enough for the melt pool to reach the sides of the container. This helps prevent tunneling and ensures an even burn.
Limit Burn Time
To maintain the quality of your candle and prevent overheating, avoid burning it for more than 3 hours at a time.
Snuff, Don't Blow
To safely extinguish your candle, use a candle snuffer. This helps prevent hot wax from splattering and keeps the wick centered.
