Shipping

Delipso provides FREE postage including tracking on all orders over $49 AUD across Australia.
For any orders under $49 AUD a flat rate shipping charge of $6.95 AUD will be applied.

Additional Services
Express shipping is available for a cost of $12.95 AUD. This option is available for all orders at checkout. Express shipping orders will also be packed first and be prioritised to expediate delivery.

Tracking numbers
All orders include a tracking number; this will be issued to you via email once your order is packed. You will then be able to track your order here: Track your items - Australia Post

Responsibility
Once the goods have been accepted by Australia Post, we are no longer responsible for the delivery. If you live in a rural area - delivery can take a few more days. To get an estimate for your location please check the Australia Post website.

 

Returns

We are a small family run business so our number one priority is ensuring that you are happy with your purchase. If the product you receive is faulty or if we have accidently packed the wrong product, please let us know and we will make it right.

All of our products are hand made in small batches, therefore some variation in texture may occur between batches. This will not effect the quality of the lip balm. Our lip balm may soften if left in the sun or somewhere like a hot car, if this happens then simply place it somewhere cool, or in the fridge until it firms up again. It may also be a little firm in colder weather, all you need to do is run the lip balm on the back of your hand to warm it up on the skin, or if using a tin just rub it with your finger.
